Alison Russell Art
My name is Alison, and I am Alison Russell Art (previously known as Winter and The Moon Art). Ever since I was a little girl, I have dabbled in so many different arts in crafts, from soap making, felt making, jewellery making, macrame, crochet, weaving. You name it, I was always keen to give something new a try. I've always loved drawing, however. And drawing mandalas is something I have been doing for over 10 years now. With a love of paper, and being quite the notebook hoarder (I can't leave a stationery store without a new notebook), I also have a love of book binding.
Having always been a creative soul, I began to channel my creativity into the creation of an Oracle Deck (more of a Focus and Intention deck really), called Mandala Sigil Magick, which I self published in early 2021. It is has become very clear to me that I am destined for a creative path, and I have many exciting projects currently in the works.
My goal is to inspire people to embrace their creativity, and to understand that it is not about the outcome of their projects, but the joy of the process. I enjoy teaching my crafts, and aside from the tutorials that I post on YouTube, I also hold in person workshops too.
